Meet Mark Booth, PhD

I am a leadership and organizational development coach with a passion for helping people and organizations unlock their full potential. Over the past 28+ years, I have built my career as a senior engineering leader in one of the world’s largest defense contractors, where I’ve guided teams through high-stakes programs, large-scale cultural transformation, and organizational change initiatives that demanded both technical precision and human connection.

In parallel with my corporate leadership journey, I have spent 25 years as a professor of advanced mathematics, shaping the next generation of innovators and problem-solvers. This unique dual perspective—executive leader and educator—has equipped me with the ability to simplify complexity, mentor with impact, and inspire confidence in those I work with.
